Share your routine. Bring your community.
Coaches, creators, clubs and brands: turn the routine you already teach into one people follow day by day, under your name, with a leaderboard for your community.
- Your routine, under your nameOnce reviewed, it joins the catalog as yours, found by theme, language and level alongside the built-in routines.
- One link to follow itPut it in your bio, a video description or a newsletter. It opens the routine ready to start: free, no account needed.
- A leaderboard for your communityEvery shared routine has its own. A day can be scored only on the day or the next, so it stays fair. Each follower chooses to be anonymous, named to friends, or public.
- See it landRatings and the number of people who started it show on its card, for you and for anyone deciding whether to try it.

What makes a routine people stick to
- A handful of goals, not twenty. Each one something you can tick off today.
- Numbers where they help: 8,000 steps, 2 litres, lights out by 23:00.
- A length if it is a programme (a 6-week plan), or none if it is a way of living.
What passes review
- Your name, or your brand’s, as the author.
- Goals anyone can do: none may need a particular product to tick off.
- General wellbeing only: no health claims, no doses, no diagnoses.
