Terms

Last updated 30 September 2026

Allez is free, and offered as it is. Use it for as long as it is useful to you. These terms are short on purpose; the privacy page says what happens to your data.

Not medical advice

The routines in Allez, whether written by us, by other people or with AI, are general wellbeing suggestions. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Check with a health professional before starting a training plan, or changing your medication, diet, drinking or smoking, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or are recovering from an injury. Stop and get help if something hurts or feels wrong.

What you share

Your display name, your username and any routine you submit to the catalog must not be:

You keep what you write. By submitting a routine you let Allez show it in the catalog, for anyone to follow, and let others adapt it for their own use. The moderator may refuse or remove a routine, clear a name, keep someone anonymous on the leaderboards, or close an account that breaks these rules.

Leaderboards

Scores are what people log for themselves. The app stops anyone filling in past days, but it cannot check what anyone actually did: the leaderboards are for motivation, not prizes.

The service

Changes

If these terms change, the date above changes with it; a change that matters will be shown in the app.
