Share your routine. Bring your community.
Coach, trainer, athlete, teacher or creator: turn the routine you already teach into one people follow day by day, under your name, with a leaderboard for your community.
- Your routine, under your nameOnce reviewed, it joins the catalog as yours, found by theme, language and level alongside the built-in routines.
- One link to follow itPut it in your bio, a video description or a newsletter. It opens the routine ready to start: free, no account needed.
- A leaderboard for your communityEvery shared routine has its own. A day can be scored only on the day or the next, so it stays fair. Each follower chooses to be anonymous, named to friends, or public.
- See it landRatings and the number of people who started it show on its card, for you and for anyone deciding whether to try it.
How to share it
- Write it in the appGoals in groups, with targets and the days they apply. Or describe it in a sentence and let AI draft it, then change what you like.
- Share it to the catalogSign in, open the routine and tap Share to the catalog. Pick its themes, language and level, and say who it is for.
- We review itIt goes into the catalog once it is reviewed. If something needs changing, the reviewer’s note shows next to your submission.
- Send your community the linkShare the routine’s link, and its leaderboard with “Join me”. Each follower’s days add up on their own phone.
What makes a routine people stick to
- A handful of goals, not twenty. Each one something you can tick off today.
- Numbers where they help: 8,000 steps, 2 litres, lights out by 23:00.
- A length if it is a programme (a 6-week plan), or none if it is a way of living.
- General wellbeing, not medical advice: no doses, no diagnoses.
